Erin Rae was born and raised in Boise, Idaho.  She attended Capital High School and the University of Idaho.  There she studied nutrition and Dietetics.  Upon graduation she worked for local hospitals and community settings here in the Treasure Valley.  She moved to the San Fransisco Bay area and worked as a dietitian in Walnut Creek for a sub-acute rehabilitation hospital.  She currently works as a dietitian in the community doing nutrition education, clinical assessments, and private nutritional consulting.
